World Capital responds to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on worldcapital.us infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice ("DMCA Notice") containing the following information:1. Your Contact Information: Name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.2. Identification of Copyrighted Work: A clear description or link to the copyrighted content you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.3. Identification of Infringing Content: Information reasonably sufficient for us to locate and identify the allegedly infringing content (e.g., URL, specific location on our website).4. Response to Valid DMCA Notices
When World Capital receives a valid DMCA Notice, we will:• Promptly review the allegedly infringing content• Remove or disable access to the content if infringement is confirmed• Notify the content provider (if applicable) about the removal• Document the notice for our records
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@worldcapital.us containing the following:1. Your Contact Information: Name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.2. Identification of Content: Information reasonably sufficient to locate the removed or disabled content, including the location where it appeared before removal.3. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.4. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which World Capital may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.5. Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action seeking an order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.Repeat Infringers
World Capital will terminate access to our services for users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to terminate access at any time and at our sole discretion.False Claims
