1. Acceptance of Terms & General Eligibility

Welcome to World Capital LLC ("World Capital," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, enterprise stablecoin advisory services, AI token launch software, SaaS platforms, and blockchain consulting services (collectively, the "Services").The Services are available only to individuals or validly existing entities capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use the Services.

2. Device Security & Prohibited Access Requirements

Device Integrity: You are strictly prohibited from accessing or interacting with the Services using any device that has been jail-broken (iOS), rooted (Android), or otherwise had system security restrictions modified without manufacturer authorization. Using compromised devices exposes cryptographic keys, wallet credentials, and token interactions to malicious software risks.Prohibited Sanctioned Parties & Jurisdictions: The Services are strictly unavailable to any individual or entity designated on economic sanctions lists administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or His Majesty's Treasury (UK). Residents, citizens, or entities incorporated in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, or any other sanctioned jurisdiction are strictly barred from accessing the Services.

3. Stripe Payment Gateway, Accepted Currencies (USDT & Crypto Transfers) & All Sales Final

Stripe Payment Gateway: Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") is our official primary payment gateway. Payment processing for SaaS platform access, subscription software tiers, token deployment tool fees, Agent Card minting/purchases, and advisory retainers is processed securely via Stripe. By authorizing a payment on our platform, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.Accepted Currencies (USDT & Crypto Transfers): We accept payments in USDT (Tether) exclusively processed via Stripe or via direct on-chain Crypto Transfers (on supported blockchain networks including Ethereum, Solana, Base, and Arbitrum). No other payment methods will be accepted or processed.Neither we nor any of our partners or payment processors shall have any responsibility or liability for any tokens or payments that are lost, misplaced, or sent to incorrect addresses.TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE: ALL FEES, PLATFORM SUBSCRIPTIONS, TOKEN CREATION SOFTWARE CHARGES, AGENT CARD MINTS, AND ADVISORY RETAINERS ARE COMPLETELY NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ONCE A TRANSACTION HAS PROCESSED OR SERVICE ACCESS HAS BEEN GRANTED, NO REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS, OR REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

4. Token Launch Software & Non-Investment Expressive Asset Disclaimer

World Capital provides automated SaaS software and AI-driven smart contract tools to assist users in launching and managing cryptographic tokens, utility tokens, and meme coins ("Token Launch Infrastructure").CRITICAL DISCLAIMER — NOT AN INVESTMENT: Tokens deployed or created via our SaaS tools function solely as an expression of support, community engagement, and cultural participation. Tokens created using our tools are NOT intended to be an investment opportunity, investment contract, security, or financial instrument of any kind. World Capital is not affiliated with any political campaign, office, or governmental body.Token Creator Warranties: Users deploying tokens represent and warrant that all token details, tokenomics metrics, and project descriptions are accurate and non-misleading. Creators bear 100% sole responsibility for regulatory, tax, AML, and securities compliance in all operating jurisdictions.

5. Enterprise Stablecoin Advisory & Banking Boundaries

World Capital provides strategic consultation, architectural design, reserve auditing strategies, and multi-chain advice for corporate clients evaluating stablecoin issuance.Advisory Role Only: World Capital acts solely as a technical consultant. World Capital is not a licensed bank, depository institution, money transmitter, custodian, broker-dealer, or registered investment advisor. World Capital never takes custody of fiat reserves or underlying collateral assets.

6. Tax Responsibility, Risk Acknowledgment & Arbitration

Tax Compliance: You are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes arising from your use of the Services or token transactions.Binding Arbitration: Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court.
